Stable systems start with predictable infrastructure. I design and troubleshoot industrial networks, segment traffic appropriately and optimise connectivity so processes stay reliable and manageable.
Intervention & Troubleshooting
When things break or stop performing, I step in to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Using deep protocol understanding, packet analysis and systematic debugging, I find root causes and restore stability without guesswork.
On-Site Support & Deployment
Working worldwide, I provide on-site commissioning, cutovers, FAT/SAT support and practical integration assistance where software, hardware and people intersect. This ensures a smooth delivery and transfer to operational teams.
Governance & Oversight
I help organisations regain structural control over complex IT/OT and software-driven environments. By clarifying system boundaries, responsibilities and architectural dependencies, I ensure systems remain manageable, secure and resilient over time.

I work at the intersection of IT/OT, data, networks, hardware and security — where complex systems either hold up in real-world conditions or break under pressure.
Most technical problems do not belong to a single discipline. I take a system-level view, from signals on the shop floor to international data infrastructures, ensuring every layer supports the whole.
With over 20 years of experience, I connect hardware, software and the people who depend on them. My strength lies in combining technical depth with operational and human context.
I prefer working close to where systems operate. Traveling and on-site engagement allow me to see reality as it is, not as it appears on paper. My approach is calm and pragmatic: diagnose, design, implement, stabilize and hand over.
